Diabetes Present/Absent RBG ≥11.1 mmol/L with self-reported frequent urination or thirst, or FBG ≥7.0 mmol/L regardless of symptoms
Hypertension Present/Absent SBP ≥140 or DBP ≥90 mmHg
Hypertension Absent SBP < 120 and DBP < 80 mmHg
Pre-hypertension SBP 120–139 or DBP 80–89 mmHg
Stage 1 SBP 140–159 or DBP 90–99 mmHg
Stage 2 SBP 160–180 or DBP 100–110 mmHg
Stage 2, severe SBP > 180 or DBP > 110 mmHg
