  1. Mean scores represent the average score for a given indicator, among the 11 facilities surveyed by each method; scores ranged from 0 (poor) to 1 (excellent). Among variables used to calculate the indicator scores, 22 of 3866 (0.59%) and 46 of 4312 (1.7%) observations were missing for the standard and locally-based approaches, respectively.
